agentlookup.sg is operated independently of the Council for Estate Agencies. We are not CEA, not HDB, not URA, and not a property portal that lists homes for sale or rent.

Nothing on this site creates an estate agency relationship between you and us, or between you and any salesperson or firm shown in the directory.

Profiles and search results are a snapshot of public CEA open data as of our last sync. Details may lag the official register. Registration status can change between syncs.

“Verified · CEA registered” and similar labels on this site refer to how we present that open-data snapshot. They are not a warranty of character, competence, fee fairness, or transaction outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, agentlookup.sg and its operators are not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, sync lag, downtime, or decisions you make after using the site — including choosing (or not choosing) a salesperson or estate agent.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
